Serra High School Foundation, you must complete
the attached Request
for Funds Form. Please submit your completed
form either in person or via email to Mr. Jeff Thomas,
School Site Operations Specialist, jthomas1@sandi.net.
We look forward to reviewing your request. The grants
will be submitted for final approval by the Foundation
Board at the following board meeting.
